Kate Daniel
Paralegal
Kate Daniel is a paralegal at Varghese Summersett Family Law Group, where she works alongside Senior Associate Attorney Stephanie Sabelhaus. Together, they provide comprehensive legal support and guidance to clients going through a divorce, child custody dispute, or other emotionally-charged family law matters.
In addition to drafting legal documents, researching case law, managing calendars, and preparing cases for court, Kate is a compassionate resource for our clients. She understands family law cases can be highly stressful, and she strives to make this process as smooth as possible by providing clear and consistent client communication.
Kate possesses exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, which serve our attorneys and clients well. She is an invaluable member of our team and is instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality legal representation.
Background
Kate was born in Arlington, raised in Mansfield, and now lives in Fort Worth with her husband. She has two fabulous bonus children and four sometimes fabulous dogs – Gator, Remington, Sig and Zip.
