Airos Gilchrist

Airos Gilchrist is an Executive Assistant at Varghese Summersett, where she is responsible for supporting the firm’s executives. She is highly efficient with strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and sharp attention to detail.

Airos’ role as an executive assistant is critical to the success of Varghese Summersett. She excels at juggling multiple responsibilities and staying focused under pressure, helping ensure seamless operations within the executive suite.  Her proactive approach and ability to anticipate the needs of the firm’s leaders make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Background

Airos was born in Fort Worth and graduated from Central High School in Keller. After graduation, she moved to Los Angeles, where she worked as an executive assistant at the Dream Center Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides support to individuals affected by homelessness, hunger, and lack of education through residential and community outreach programs. She spent seven years there before transitioning to an executive assistant role at Chick-fil-A in Pasadena and, later, in her hometown of Keller. 

During this time, Airos also obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on business leadership. Her combined experience in both nonprofit and corporate settings laid a strong foundation for her organizational and leadership skills.

Her passion for supporting high-performing teams and her dedication to excellence led her to Varghese Summersett, where she continues to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

In her free time, Airos loves reading  —  she has an annual goal of finishing 50 books per year — and enjoys taking walks with her husband and their mini golden-doodle, Sunset. 

Fun Fact: Her first name —  Airos — is her mom’s maiden name — Soria —spelled backwards.
